In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

To register and maintain an active bv888 Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. If bv888 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under the age of 18, the Account will be suspended immediately pending age verification, and any winnings generated during the period of suspected underage play will be forfeited.
• You are accessing the bv888 Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or undisclosed principal.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on bv888 or any related platform. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded and subsequently attempt to re-register in circumvention of the self-exclusion will have their new Account closed and any associated funds forfeited.
• You are not employed by, contracted to, or otherwise affiliated with bv888 or any of its technology or game-content suppliers in a role that would give you access to privileged information about odds, RNG outcomes, or platform operations.
• You have not previously had a bv888 Account permanently closed by bv888 for reasons including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or material breach of these Terms.

bv888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and source of funds at any stage, including during the initial registration process, before processing any withdrawal, or at any time the Platform has reason to conduct enhanced due diligence. Acceptable documents include government-issued national identity cards (NID), passports, and recent utility bills or bank statements confirming the Player's address. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in Account suspension until compliance is achieved.

Where a Player provides false or misleading information during registration or in response to a KYC request, bv888 will close the Account, forfeit all associated balances, and reserve the right to report the matter to appropriate authorities where required by applicable law.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on bv888 at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise affiliated Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment method credentials — is strictly prohibited. Where bv888 identifies multiple Accounts held by the same individual, it reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all such Accounts and to forfeit any balances therein.

Registration Process

To create a bv888 Account, you must complete the registration form at bv888.club/bv888-login and provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. You agree to update your Account information promptly should any of these details change. bv888 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from outdated contact information that prevents timely communication regarding your Account.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bv888 Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, using a linked mobile number or authenticator application;
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify bv888 support at [email protected] immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

bv888 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from bv888 that requests your Account password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

bv888 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials, has shared login information with third parties, or has used the same credentials across multiple platforms that have subsequently been compromised.

Account Currency

All bv888 Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to represent BDT amounts. bv888 does not currently support multi-currency Accounts; all deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed exclusively in BDT.

Accepted Payment Methods

bv888 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Bangladesh-local mobile financial services and payment channels:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile money service;
• Nagad — operated by Bangladesh Post Office;
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service;
• Upay — UCB's digital payment platform.

Payment method availability may change without prior notice. Players are advised to check the cashier section of their Account for the current list of supported channels before initiating a transaction. bv888 does not accept deposits via credit cards, international wire transfers, or cryptocurrency at this time.

Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your bv888 Wallet in real time upon confirmation of successful payment from your mobile financial service provider. bv888 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile money provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which bv888 bears no responsibility.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are not permitted. Where bv888 identifies a deposit from a third-party source, the deposit will be reversed to the originating account and the Player's Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction;
• bv888 targets a withdrawal processing time of 1–24 hours for verified Accounts, though processing times may vary during high-volume periods or where additional due diligence is required;
• bv888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds evidence — before approving any withdrawal that triggers enhanced due diligence thresholds.

bv888 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Players from time to time, including welcome deposit match bonuses, weekly cashback offers, free spins awards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, T20 World Cup tournaments, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all bv888 promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms explicitly state otherwise.

General Bonus Conditions

• Promotions are available to registered Players aged 18 and above who have completed the required Account verification steps;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion's individual terms expressly permit multiple claims;
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable balances;
• Real-money funds are used before Bonus Funds when placing wagers, unless the Platform's cashier operates under a different sequencing rule disclosed at the time the bonus is credited;
• All bonuses have an expiry date. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited without exception;
• bv888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already accepted and in progress by a Player will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of opt-in.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount, as specified in each promotion's individual terms. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means the Player must wager a total of ৳30,000 before any winnings from that bonus become withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution percentages are disclosed on the relevant promotion page and typically vary by game category (e.g., slots may contribute 100% while live casino games contribute a lower percentage).

Bonus Abuse and Collusion

bv888 operates sophisticated monitoring systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; coordinated play between multiple Accounts to generate artificial wager volume; and the use of automated betting tools or scripts. Where bv888 determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse or collusive behaviour, it reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, close the Account, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

Casino Games

All casino games available on bv888 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual table games — use certified random number generator (RNG) technology sourced from internationally recognised game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within that game's information panel. Players acknowledge that RTP figures represent long-run statistical averages across millions of rounds and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

bv888 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a Player's misunderstanding of game rules or RTP mechanics. Players are encouraged to review the rules panel available within each game before placing real-money wagers.

Sports Betting

Odds for all sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC international cricket, football, kabaddi, and other covered sports — are set by bv888 and are subject to change at any time prior to the placement of a bet. Once a bet is confirmed and a reference number is issued, the odds are locked. Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play bets) are accepted at the live odds displayed at the time of placement. bv888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error.

Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or otherwise not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable market rules, bets will be settled in accordance with bv888's event-specific settlement rules as published in the sportsbook section. In the absence of a specific rule, bets on incomplete events will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or betting interface and may be adjusted by bv888 at any time. bv888 also reserves the right to impose individual Account-level stake limits where it has reasonable grounds to do so, including in the context of responsible gaming interventions or fraud prevention measures.

Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system fault that results in an incorrect game outcome, incorrect odds display, or incorrect settlement, bv888 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. bv888 is not liable for any losses or foregone winnings arising from a technical malfunction that could not reasonably have been foreseen or prevented.

Players who identify what they believe to be a game error or system malfunction should cease play immediately and contact [email protected] with details of the affected session. Continuing to play with knowledge of an error or exploiting a malfunction for financial gain constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of associated winnings.

bv888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Player community across Bangladesh. The Platform provides a suite of tools that allow Players to manage their gaming activity in a sustainable and controlled manner. • Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once a limit is reached, no further deposits will be accepted until the current period resets. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases to limits take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications that trigger after a specified period of continuous play, ranging from 30 minutes to custom intervals. These reminders are designed to prompt conscious breaks and help Players maintain awareness of elapsed gambling time.

• Self-Exclusion: Players who require a longer-term break may apply for self-exclusion for periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Closure by bv888

bv888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or age information;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including payment fraud, identity theft, or money laundering;
• Bonus abuse, collusive play, or use of automated betting tools;
• Chargebacks or disputes raised with payment providers without first contacting bv888 support;
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward bv888 staff or other Players;
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate Account closure.

Where an Account is closed by bv888 for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any required due diligence. Where closure results from a Player breach, bv888 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where applicable, to forfeit funds involved in the breach.

Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure — whether initiated voluntarily by the Player or by bv888 — all access to the Platform is revoked. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened except where the closure was the result of a temporary suspension subsequently resolved through the KYC or dispute process. Players who have been permanently excluded or who have had their Accounts closed for breach of these Terms may not re-register on bv888.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Player's use of the bv888 Platform, shall be governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, game outcome, withdrawal, or bonus, Players should in the first instance contact [email protected] with full details of the dispute. bv888 aims to acknowledge all formal dispute notifications within 48 hours and to resolve disputes within 14 days of receipt of all required information.

These Terms were last reviewed and updated in January 2026. bv888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address on file. Continued use of the bv888 Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
